'Challenge yourself for the 9 Minute intense plank workout along with Carole.  There are 11 plank variations which we perform for 20 sec each with 10 sec rest in-between and of course a finisher at the end.  Do this workout at home, somewhere outside, or at the gym. Push yourself beyond your limits, it is always worth it, because you will feel amazing afterward.   And most important always stay for the finisher!
